Strong community partnerships help us reach families through organizations they already know and trust. They also bring different cultural knowledge, community connections, resources and experience to the work.
Through our Circle of Hearts Partnership Program, organizations and businesses can work with Africentric Arts to strengthen community outreach and create more opportunities for children, youth and families.

Volunteers support this outreach behind the scenes and on distribution days. You can help organize supplies, welcome families, share information, create social media content or contribute other skills that strengthen the program.
Whether you help in person or use your professional skills, your time can help the outreach run smoothly and reach more people across the Tri-Region.

About the Outreach
There are times when individuals and families need extra help with groceries. This outreach helps make that support available closer to home.
Africentric Arts works closely with the Afro Caribbean Indigenous Food Bank, and other community partners to serve residents across Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County.
Registration Details
Please complete one registration per household.
If this is your first time registering, select New Registration. If you have registered before and your household information remains the same, select Returning Household. If any of your information has changed, select New Registration so we can update your registration information.
You can choose the outreach date you plan to attend through the registration form.
Your information will only be used to help us plan, communicate with you and support this outreach.
Registration is recommended so we can prepare ahead of time, but it does not guarantee specific food or supplies. Walk-ins are welcome while supplies last.
Food hampers and supplies will depend on what is available for each outreach date. Items may vary, and quantities are limited.

Individuals and families living in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain or Parkland County can register for the Africentric Arts Community Food Outreach program.

No. We do not require proof of income.
How many times can I register?

Please complete one registration per household. For future outreach dates, use the Returning Household form unless your household information has changed.
What will be included in the hamper?

Hampers may include food, household supplies and other available essentials. Contents will vary based on donations and availability. Registration does not guarantee specific items.
Can someone pick up the hamper for me?

Yes. Please contact us in advance and provide the name of the person who will be picking it up for you.
What happens if I am late or miss my pickup time?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you will be late or unable to attend. We cannot guarantee that your hamper will be available after the scheduled pickup time.
How will my information be used?

We will only use your information to plan the outreach, communicate with you and better understand the needs of participating individuals and families.
