Registration Details
Africentric Arts works with vendors across festivals, cultural celebrations, youth programs and community events.
We welcome small businesses, artisans, food vendors, makers, community organizations and service providers interested in connecting with our audiences and participating in current and future events.
Completing this registration adds your information to our vendor database and helps us consider you for opportunities that match your products, services and audience.
Requirements
Vendors should:
Offer products, food, services or information suitable for a family and community audience
Provide accurate information about their business and what they plan to offer
Arrive on time and remain for the required event period
Bring the equipment and display materials needed for their setup unless otherwise stated
Follow venue, health, safety and event requirements
Maintain a clean and professional vendor area
Provide any required permits, licences or insurance where applicable
Inform Africentric Arts as early as possible if unable to attend a confirmed event
Submitting a registration does not guarantee a vendor space. Vendors are selected based on the event, audience, available space and overall vendor mix.
